Cancellation Policy
Single Reservations - (one or two rooms) Guaranteed reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the date of arrival in order for the customer's credit card not to be charged as a "No Show". Cancellations may be done verbally or in writing.

Block Reservations- (three or more rooms)- Guaranteed reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the date of group's arrival. Cancellation may be done verbally or in writing.

No Guarantee- If not checked in by 4:00 p.m. on the date of arrival, room will be released.

Late check-out fee- $20.00 (subject to management approval.)

Pet Policy-

1.An extra cleaning charge of $5.00 per day per pet will be assessed to guests with a pet(s).

2.Only small to medium domestic animals (such as dog, cat, bird in a cage etc.) will be allowed to stay at the motel.

3.Pets must be leashed when out of the guest(s) room. ( Please be sure to "clean-up" after your pet.)

4. Guest(s) will be responsible for damages done by the pet(s) to the motel property.

5. Management/owners are absolved of any liability if the pet is injured.

Management/owners reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guest or for loss of money, jewelery or valuables of any kind.
